BLACKPINK to debut new single, Ready To Love during virtual In-Game concert – details inside - Zoom TV

Get ready BLINKs, the girls have a surprise for you. The in-game concert announcement has already got all the Blackpink[1] fans, excited but we have got here, another reason for you to be looking forward to the virtual[2] show.

On July 22, it was revealed that the girl group is all set to debut their new single during the show. They will be doing a special performance for their track, Ready For Love. It will be performed by BLACKPINK’s in-game avatars during the concert. Apart from that, the group’s 'mega-hit parade' will also be unveiled for the first time.

As per the official statement issued by the band’s agency, YG Entertainment[3], Ready For Love is going to be a pop track. The song will have a “cool drop in the chorus that breaks the static flow of its lyrical, piano instrumental.”
For the confused ones here, Blackpink recently partnered with PUBG Mobile[4] where the quartet will be holding an in-game concert for their fans. Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa will be seen in 3-D avatars and will perform at the in-game concert titled The Virtual. It was already revealed that the girls would be performing a special song during the event, but now the track name has been confirmed.

The first performance of the concert will take place in South Korea on July 23 and 24, from 2 pm to 4 pm KST and 8 pm to 10 pm KST, respectively. The dates are also set for July 30 and 31. As per the reports, the event has already recorded over 5 million registrations.

Ready For Love will be the K-pop group's first song since their last full-length album, THE ALBUM, which contained the lead single How You Like That, dropped in October 2020. Meanwhile, Blackpink is also gearing up for a comeback and an in-person global concert tour.
