IBPS PO Mains 2022 Exam Pattern, Syllabus

IBPS PO Mains Exam 2022 consists of both objective and descriptive type questions. The objective section is divided into four parts- Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, General/ Economy/ Banking Awareness, English Language, and Data Analysis & Interpretation. While the descriptive section carries questions from English Language (Letter Writing and Essay). The duration of the test is 3 hours 30 minutes. The exam is of total 225 marks.

Candidates would be required to clear both prelims and main exam to proceed further with the IBPS PO recruitment. IBPS in its official notification mentioned that marks obtained in the IBPS PO Mains exam will be considered for shortlisting candidates for interviews and while preparing the final merit list.
